I built EmpoweRED Coaching and Consulting Firm and the Leading with GRIIT framework after my own experience of leading in challenging spaces in the field of education. Then I found myself supporting other high-functioning executive level women in various sectors. The brilliant ones. The composed ones. The ones quietly negotiating their humanity for their seat at the table.
This is the conversation I wish someone had offered me years ago—a space to reconnect with your purpose, your voice, and your next step. Today, it's the work I bring to women leaders who are ready to lead fiercely without losing themselves.
Kenyatta is an educational leader, certified executive coach, mentor, and author with 24 years of experience in education and 12 years in leadership. Having led through complex challenges while developing people and culture, she helps high-functioning women leaders reduce overwhelm, trust themselves, and lead with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose. Her mission is simple: to ensure women leaders feel safe, seen, supported, and strategically equipped for their next level of impact.
